It includes an icon editor for loading and editing finished icons from other sources. Obtain new icons from DLL and executable files. Use JPG, GIF, and BMP images as input files and save them as icon files. You can capture specific areas of your screen and then edit these pictures to create new icons. Add special effects to your creations such as soften, darken, lighten, emboss, and blur, among many others.
